The definition of a student athlete is a participant in an organized competitive sport sponsored by the educational institution in which he or she is enrolled. Student athletes typically balance the roles of being a full-time student and a full-time athlete. Here at Hi-Rise Athletic training academy, LLC we combine fitness, agility, and strength to increase endurance and to create a well-balanced athlete. We combine strength and conditioning with a variety of unique workouts and drills. We have come to the conclusion we have to be different in our training, setting the bar high in the way our student athletes are trained. We have to make sure parents are seeing improvement in their child’s sport as well as grades.
